Classic Mocha
You'll need- 3 pumps of Sweetbird Chocolate sauce
- Double espresso
- Steamed milk
- Brew the espresso
- Add the sauce to the espresso
- Give the two a quick mix
- Pour in the milk
Tip: Finish off with a light dusting of chocolate powder
Chocolate Brownie Latte
Add a little something extra to your menu board by introducing a couple of syrups and whipping up a chocolate brownie latte, the best accompaniment to a chocolate brownie!
You'll need- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Chocolate Sauce
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird Caramel Sauce
- Double espresso
- Steamed milk
- Combine the sauce and syrup together
- Add to the espresso
- Pour in the steamed milk and serve
