Sweetbird Pumpkin Spice Syrup

When the leaves begin to turn that vibrant shade of red that we all know and love, autumn is upon us. And what better way to celebrate the switch from summer to the onset of winter with a Pumpkin Spice flavoured latte?

Thanks to good old Sweetbird you can add a dash of pumpkin and traditional spices to your drinks menu whenever you want to!

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

• Double shot of Sweetbird Pumpkin Spiced Syrup
• Double espresso
• Steamed milk
• Cinnamon

1. Brew your espresso and then add the shots of syrup to it
2. Pour in the steamed milk
3. Give it a tiny little stir
4. Dust with cinnamon to finish

Trick or Treat Latte

Apart from pies and lattes, the humble pumpkin is also synonymous with Halloween thanks to the age old tradition of creating your own ghoulish Jack O Lanterns. This wonderful drinks recipe is a Sweetbird signature and is perfect to serve up as a Halloween special. But don't worry, it's all treat!

• One shot of Sweetbird Pumpkin Spice Syrup
• One shot of Sweetbird Caramel Syrup
• Double espresso
• Steamed milk

1. Add the syrup shots to your espresso
2. Pour in the steamed milk (remember to do your scariest latte art!)
3. Serve
4. Optional: Use a spooky sprinkler and top your lattes with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg
