Brewology
- Fit a filter paper to the V60 and pour some water through the filter to rinse it and preheat the vessel. Discard this water.
- Add the coffee into the V60 and pour enough water over the grounds to submerge them. Leave this to bloom for thirty seconds.
- Slowly pour over the rest of the water
- When the last of the water has worked its way through the filter paper, your coffee is ready to be drunk!
