Description

Ruby PRO is perfectly suited to quite large spaces with high coffee consumption volumes, like offices, small dining rooms and factories. In fact, it can serve up to four cups of coffee at the same time.

Will an internal tank (version with vibration pump) satisfy your requirements, or will you need to connect to the mains (version with rotative pump)? In both cases, the exclusive Espresso Priority System allows the preparation of your cup even if the water tank is at minimum level, or the boiler needs refilling after a hot water dispensing or the steam wand being activated.

Options

The Gaggia Ruby is also available with professional capsule filter holders (Lavazza Blue®, Nespresso®, Espresso Point® and Caffitaly®, as well as with a specific filter for ESE espresso coffee paper pods.

Why choose Gaggia?

The Gaggia Company was founded in Milan in 1948 by Achille Gaggia. Production of the companies first coffee machines, the Classica, became one of the first horizontal coffee machines ever made, began by 1953 Gaggia had expanded and one of their machines became the first Italian coffee machine to be imported into the United Kingdom.

Achille's great curiosity was an insatiable flame fed by the desire to create something beautiful, new and magnificent. Creating the perfect Italian espresso is a process that certainly requires patience, precision and practice, plus barista skills and experience. But don't forget: rely only on the best equipment.
