Description
When demand is high, there is only one machine that fits the bill: The U3 Urn.
With its two large volume water tanks the U3 has a total capacity of just over 75 litres and when running through a full brewing batch it can deliver up to a maximum of 71.2 litres of coffee in sixty minutes.
The unique design of this high performance bulk brew machine also minimise evaporation loss, allowing you to retain and maintain a large quantity of coffee at its most flavoursome point, ready for service. There are also some user-friendly top mounted components and a separate hot water faucet which allows water to be drawn off during the brewing process without impinging on quality.
