Commuting by rail can be a stressful enough with the hustle, bustle and jostling of your fellow commuters, but it gets even worse if faced with a train cancellation.

Trains can be diverted or cancelled for any number of reasons, but for some unlucky folk on an East Croydon train were forced off due to a fellow passenger having coffee thrown over him…

Whilst we’re concerned about the passenger involved, this is a criminal waste of coffee!

Ca phe sua da is also called ca phe nau da in the northern regions of Vietnam, despite some regional variations, it remains the same core drink.

Three cups of coffee a day reduces risk of heart disease

As if we didn’t have enough reason to drink coffee multiple times per day anyway, researchers have found that drinking up to three cups of coffee per day can reduce your risk of heart disease by almost 21%.

The combination of antioxidants in the drink have properties that help protect the brain and heart from certain diseases – including heart disease.
