Fine Food Digest Features Swordfish
Read by a wide range of buyers, importers, producers and retailers, the Fine Food Digest sits at the heart of the speciality food and drink sector.
This month, the popular trade magazine did a special feature look back at the movers, shakers and new product lines that have dominated the world of coffee over the past twelve months. And we were extremely lucky – not to mention honoured – to be included in their review.
Swordfish featured prominently on the front page of the roundup.
You might remember that we launched Swordfish last August and we’re extremely glad to say that it has gone on to become a firm favourite within our range of coffee blends.
Named in honour of the Fairey Swordfish, the decorated World War II torpedo bomber that was produced a stone’s throw from our roastery; the blend is our most modern, forward-thinking one that we produce. It is comprised of three coffees, two high-quality single-estate arabicas and a premium, volcano-grown robusta.
The result is a smooth and fruity espresso, with a signature tangerine kick.
