Expobar Pico
Meet the Expobar Pico, a semi-automatic espresso machine that packs a punch!
Countertop space is prime real estate in the catering world and if your working area is dimensionally challenged, then you’ll need a small-sized coffee machine that’s built to handle a fair amount of use during a day’s trading. That machine is the Expobar Pico.
Easy to operate – with the help of a little bit of barista training – the Pico is controlled by a simple switch mechanism, enabling baristas of varying levels of experience to start brewing in next to no time.
User-friendly it may be, but under the attractively embossed stainless steel exterior, the Pico comes alive and reveals itself to be anything but a ‘budget’ product. Fitted with the same technology that’s found in other, larger two and three group machines, the diminutive Pico is an atypical Expobar coffee machine.
Take its group head for example. It’s the same one found on other Expobar models and it’s comparable to the market-leading E61 design thanks to the presence of a thermal siphon which helps reduce fluctuations in temperature, stabilising the brewing process. There’s a pre-infusion function too and the boiler is constructed out of commercial-grade copper, making it not only thermally stable, but efficient too.
For a small volume machine, the Expobar Pico semi-automatic is top of its class!
