Some Egg-cellent Easter Drink Ideas
Easter is upon us.
For many of us, that means an extra couple of days off work and the chance to head in to town and city centres, catch up with old friends and relatives and do a little bit of shopping.
Bars and restaurants all see an upturn in trade during this weekend – not to mention confectioners and bakers – and, if done right, so too can your coffee shop.
One of the most important factors in ensuring that you have a profitable period is, as always, promotion. Have you got the relevant point of sale materials located in eye-catching locations? Have you got your menu specials written up and placed in a prime position behind the serving counter? And speaking of your counter area, have you arranged all your Easter themed treats and goodies in full view of your soon to be customers?
These are all points that can be relevant to any special event, but they are worth mentioning nonetheless. However, what we are interested in today are speciality drinks; those that will populate your menu for a fleeting moment, allowing you to capitalise on the swathes of passing trade.
Anybody can serve an espresso, latte or cappuccino. So stand out from the crowd, attract in children and adults alike and tempt them in with a few flavoured concoctions…
Easy – and importantly fun! – to create, making these delicious drinks couldn’t be easier. So without further ado…
