Coffee drinkers versus tea drinkers.
Which are you?
It’s a little bit like the division of dog-lovers versus cat-lovers people tend to fall into one camp or another.
However, it seems that as with many things in life, something of a compromise may be the best way forward.

You either drink coffee or tea, not both!
Researchers suggest that this is not necessarily the case and that a hybrid might be best for you.

Research suggests that tea which is made from coffee leaves pips either coffee or tea to the post in terms of the healthiest drink.
So what is so special about it?
The coffee leaf tea has certain ingredients which can reduce the risk of some diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.
It also contains much less caffeine than straight tea or coffee.
In addition, it is said to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Who did this research?
It was something of a collaboration between two sets of researchers those in Montpelier in France and others in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew in London.
This is all rather interesting, isn’t it?
However it may pose something of a problem when choosing your morning beverage, if a cup of coffee leaf tea is not to hand.
