The world’s smallest cup of coffee
Forewarning, this is about to a cuteness overload. If you can’t handle the cuteness, then we suggest you try reading something little less cute…
A Finnish artist has decided to create the world’s smallest cup of coffee, and well, it’s probably one of the best things we’ve seen for a very long time.
Made from a solitary coffee bean, the brew looks like it would be the perfect way for mice to indulge in a caffeine addiction.
Calming and exciting at the very same time, the tiny coffee was ground using a nail file, with the tiny amount of water required heated over a tealight – yes a tealight.
The miniature amount of ground coffee is then placed in a filter, a really small filter, then the dripping commences. Just like you would make at home if you were about 12 inches tall and drank your coffee from a toy cup!
Created as an advert for a Finnish coffee and cocoa company, it’s still a charming and novel approach to the coffee we all know and love.
We wonder if there is a way to get an order of miniature coffee to go?…
